Sportzy may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your age. Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
Officers, employees, and immediate family members of Sportzy are not permitted to place bets as regular users. Violations of this policy will be subject to legal action.
Each individual may only register one Sportzy account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Tip: Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled at all times. It adds an extra layer of security to your Sportzy account.
Sportzy may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

All bets are reviewed through both technical and human checks. Sportzy reserves the right to void any bet deemed suspicious. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
If an event is cancelled or suspended, stakes are generally refunded. However, if a certain amount of play has been completed, the result may be deemed valid. This determination is at the discretion of Sportzy.
Each market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the platform at the time of placing a bet. Any attempt to circumvent these limits will result in the bet being voided.
Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, if proven, will result in account closure and legal action.
Sportzy accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa & Mastercard, and Net Banking. Deposits are typically credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected, processing may take up to 48 hours.
Please Note: If a deposit is withdrawn directly without any wagering activity, Sportzy reserves the right to verify the transaction.
